“I found out about Luus through the website of Bestcater Food Equipment in Ringwood. They are a distributor of Luus Commercial Cooking Equipment and have been great to deal with too.

We purchased a 6 burner cook top with a 300mm griddle for our restaurant. Luus equipment is price competitive compared to other brands and it had the features we needed and the exact size that worked for us. Often cooking equipment comes from Europe which makes them a very expensive proposition. We have found that Luus equipment offers value for money.

The fact that Luus equipment is Australian made and owned is a significant advantage for us and it’s nice to know we’re buying and supporting locally made goods. It’s a given that hospitality cooking equipment needs to be rugged because it does get a thrashing so for us, after sales service is important and this has been put to the test.

Luus after sales service is excellent. We had an issue with one of the dials on the stove. Luus responded immediately by delivering a replacement completely free of charge. That’s outstanding service in my experience and it’s certainly not common. We’re so impressed with the after sales service provided by Luus, we’ve just purchased the same burner again for our new restaurant!
